The clinic will provide primary care, women's health, audiology, cardiology, laboratory services, rehabilitation, prosthetics, telehealth, and other outpatient specialty services while supporting approximately ? direct and indirect jobs in the local economy.
Dublin EDT is developing the facility as a build-to-suit healthcare campus designed specifically to meet the long-term healthcare needs of Veterans throughout the New England region.

The Cheshire Community Based Outpatient Clinic is a 30,000-square-foot VA healthcare facility being developed to serve approximately 20,000-26,000 Veterans annually. The clinic will provide primary care, women's health, audiology, cardiology, laboratory services, rehabilitation, prosthetics, telehealth, and other outpatient specialty services while supporting approximately 120 direct and indirect jobs in the local economy.

The Millington Community Based Outpatient Clinic is a 40,000-square-foot VA healthcare facility serving approximately 22,000-28,000 Veterans annually. The clinic provides primary care, women's health, audiology, laboratory services, rehabilitation, prosthetics, telehealth, and other outpatient specialty services while supporting approximately 135 direct and indirect jobs in the local economy.
Dublin EDT acquired a former elementary school site and collaborated with the VA to develop a modern healthcare campus that expands access to care for Veterans throughout the region north of Memphis, Tennessee. The clinic is now fully operational and serves as a significant healthcare and economic asset for the Millington community.

The Columbia Community Based Outpatient Clinic is a 51,000-square-foot VA healthcare facility being developed to serve approximately 25,000-30,000 Veterans. The clinic will provide primary care, women's health, mental health, audiology, imaging, laboratory services, rehabilitation, telehealth, prosthetics, and other specialty outpatient services while supporting approximately 120 direct and indirect jobs in the local economy.
Dublin EDT is developing the facility as a build-to-suit healthcare campus designed specifically to meet the long-term healthcare needs of Veterans throughout the region south of Nashville, Tennessee.

The Cookeville Community Based Outpatient Clinic is a 45,000-square-foot VA healthcare facility being developed to serve more than 22,000 Veterans. The clinic will provide primary care, women's health, mental health, audiology, ophthalmology, radiology, laboratory services, rehabilitation, prosthetics, telehealth, and other specialty outpatient services while supporting approximately 95 direct and indirect jobs in the local economy.
Located between Nashville and Knoxville, the facility is being developed by Dublin EDT as a modern healthcare campus that will significantly expand access to care for Veterans throughout Tennessee's Upper Cumberland region.

The Prestonsburg Community Based Outpatient Clinic is a 14,000-square-foot VA healthcare facility serving approximately 8,000-12,000 Veterans. The clinic provides primary care, women's health, optometry, mental health counseling, telehealth, imaging, laboratory services, and pharmacy support while supporting approximately 35 direct and indirect jobs in the local economy.
Dublin EDT identified and developed a site in the heart of Prestonsburg's civic and commercial district, creating a healthcare destination that improves Veteran access to care while contributing to local economic activity and community revitalization.

The Ravenna Community Based Outpatient Clinic is a 15,000-square-foot VA healthcare facility being developed to serve approximately 8,000-12,000 Veterans. The clinic will provide primary care, mental health services, telehealth, laboratory services, and other outpatient healthcare services while supporting approximately 35 direct and indirect jobs in the local economy.
Located in Ravenna, Ohio, the facility represents a collaborative effort among local stakeholders, the Department of Veterans Affairs, and Dublin EDT to expand access to healthcare services for Veterans throughout the region. The project is expected to be completed in 2026.

The Rumford Community Based Outpatient Clinic is an 8,000-square-foot VA healthcare facility serving thousands of Veterans annually throughout western Maine. The clinic provides primary care, telehealth, mental health services, laboratory services, and other outpatient healthcare services while supporting approximately 20 direct and indirect jobs in the local economy.
Dublin EDT led site selection, development, design, permitting, and construction of the facility, helping bring critical Veteran healthcare services to the region while contributing to the continued revitalization of downtown Rumford.
