Dublin EDT JV, LLC is an SBA Certified Mentor-Protégé Joint Venture between Dublin Companies, LLC, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, and Engineering Design Technologies, Inc.
The Joint Venture combines Dublin's expertise in federal real estate development, financing, ownership, and asset management with EDT's full-service architecture, engineering, and construction capabilities. Together, the firms provide integrated development services for Department of Veterans Affairs healthcare facilities and other mission-critical federal projects.
Dublin EDT specializes in the delivery of Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs), research facilities, and federal healthcare infrastructure, providing Veterans with greater access to primary care, specialty care, imaging, laboratory services, rehabilitation, telehealth, and other essential healthcare services closer to home.
