Ted O'Shea
Ted O'Shea is a seasoned Executive with deep experience starting and running companies in the real estate and energy markets. Over the past 20 years, Mr. O'Shea has founded and/or operated 6 companies that ranged in size from a small business to a business unit within a Fortune 500 Company. The companies he has led have completed more than $1B of energy and real estate projects. Clients of his businesses include the US Federal Government, large Universities & Hospitals as well as local governments. He is a Class of 2000 member of Princeton University where he completed the Army ROTC program. In 2003, Mr. O'Shea's unit was deployed to Iraq where they staged in Kuwait and were part of the main force in Baghdad in '03 and '04. Mr. O'Shea has four children in high school or college and spends most of his free time devoted to supporting and leading the sports programs they participate in.

Fred Fatemi
Mr. Fatemi has close to 40 years of experience as a structural engineer and is the co-owner and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Fatemi's experience includes the design of structural systems for educational, medical and correctional facilities, industrial water and wastewater treatment plants, office buildings, aviation facilities and parking structures. Mr. Fatemi directly oversees the quality control of all programs undertaken by the company which provides complete services in: mechanical, electrical, plumbing civil/transportation, structural and sanitary engineering, cost estimating and general construction and program management.

Omeed Fatemi
Mr. Fatemi is experienced in Veterans Affairs clinic outpatient, Senior Living, Multi-Family and Mixed-Use developments. He is responsible for the commercial real estate development process; spanning from initial site acquisition, financial analysis and modeling, debt and equity procurement, the design process, overall project oversight and Operations and Maintenance.

Anthony Taylor
As President and co-owner of EDT, Dr. Taylor has over 25 years of experience in the engineering industry. His background includes supervision of planning, design, engineering and construction management, scheduling, estimating, operations, maintenance commissioning and support, and quality and document management within ISO 9001 parameters. Dr. Taylor has experience with Federal, State and Local Government projects/programs ranging in size from $150,000 for construction task orders to comprehensive Design-Build delivery projects surpassing $2 billion. He has also served as program lead on various heavy civil works projects, including water and wastewater infrastructure programs and has been responsible for quality control with over 20 years' experience in the construction of repair and renewal projects.

Chief Operating Officer - EDT
Hassan Anvari
Mr. Anvari has close to 40 years' experience in program management, project management, construction, design and engineering. As Director of the EDT Construction Group, Mr. Anvari ensures that all project commitments are realized and met for our extensive Design-Build portfolio, our new P3 initiatives and traditional project delivery methods for other projects. He and his team's responsibilities include procurement of materials and subcontractors, programming, building system selection, review of bid documents, preparation of bid documents, coordination of engineering disciplines, cost control and value engineering, award of contracts to general contractors, construction observation, technical inspections, conducting progress meetings, managing and negotiating change orders, ensuring construction activities comply with contract documents and specifications as well as assisting the owner in preparation of expenditure summary reports.

President - Construction
Martin Posthauer
Martin is the President of our Construction Division. As such, he will work closely with Hassan Anvari and oversee all operations pertaining to our Design-Build practice. A graduate of Purdue University with a BS in Construction Management he started his career in estimating including large Federal projects. He worked in preconstruction for a major commercial GC and from there he moved up to Construction Operations/Senior Management. Martin eventually started his own business which subsequently merged with Trammel Crow Residential where he became President of Construction. Over the last 35 years he has been responsible for pricing, scheduling and successfully building more than 100 large projects in the United States with overall contract value of several billion dollars. Throughout his career he has worked as a leader and mentor for several development and construction companies focused on the Southeast United States. He has consistently engendered positive results from his work and has built strong and lasting professional relationships with staff, ownership, A/E teams, clients and subcontractors.

Vice President, Engineering
Ahmad Mohsenzadeh
Dr. Mohsenzadeh has over 25 years of experience successfully leading multi-disciplinary teams for large projects. His role as a leader in the Engineering Groups calls on his diverse cross functional expertise in business development, project management, civil, site and road design. Dr. Mohsenzadeh has managed numerous multimillion-dollar infrastructure development and improvement projects involving site development, roadway improvement and sanitary sewer rehabilitation. Ahmad oversees development of construction plans for residential, commercial, medical, retail and military facilities.

Director, Electrical Engineering
Khos Abdi
Mr. Abdi is a Senior Electrical Engineer with more than 40 years of experience. Throughout this career he has provided design and construction management services for numerous projects varying in complexity, size, scope and locale. He has demonstrated expertise in low and high-voltage power distribution systems, data center power distribution systems and static transfer switches as well as fire detection and alarm systems, mass notification sytems and outside plant (OSP) communications infrastructure. Mr. Abdi’s proficiency in secure access control system infrastructure, coordination of distribution protective devices and distribution of electrical design documents with other disciplines has been integral to EDT projects. He has also designed many highway and streetscape lighting systems for municipal governments and private sector projects.
